Do I need a referral to see a specialist orthodontist?
No! You don’t need a referral from your doctor or dentist to make an appointment with Dr O’Connor. You’re welcome to bring previous scans, however, we have X-ray and 3D scanner facilities on site for your convenience.
How frequently are visits required for braces?
Depending on the treatment and case, you or your child may need to visit every 1 to 2 months for up to or over a year.
Is playing sports an option with braces?
Yes, personalised mouthguards are available for anyone with braces.
